• Declared club or team preference, meaning the NFL team or other team you identify as the club you follow. We may use this to personalize which team-focused page you see and how your affiliation is displayed in community features.
• Approximate location derived from your IP address. At signup, we may use an IP-based regional estimate to suggest a likely home team. We do not use this feature to determine your precise physical location, and the IP-derived location suggestion is not displayed to other users.
• Club Insider information, including enrollment information, signup order or timestamp, assigned member or certificate number, club designation, status, participation information, eligibility information, and, if applicable, nominations, election participation, elected office, or other Club Insider activity.
• User Content and community activity, such as comments, questions, reports, profile information, feedback, poll votes, issue rankings, and other material you submit through the Service.
• Likes, favorites, and ranking activity, including players, podcasters, programs, podcast episodes, or other subjects you like or favorite, the order in which you rank them, and a history of ranking changes where that feature is provided.
• AI and interactive-feature information, including questions or prompts you submit, associated account or club information needed to operate the feature, and AI-generated responses or related interaction records.
• Communications with us, including support requests, reports, legal notices, feedback, and other correspondence.
• Technical and usage information collected automatically, such as IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, pages or features used, referring information, timestamps, log data, and security or diagnostic information.

The Service may use cookies, local storage, pixels, or similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, maintain security, measure performance, understand use of the Service, and operate features. The specific technologies used may change as the Service develops.

Where required by applicable law, we will provide any required notice or choice concerning non-essential cookies or similar technologies. Browser or device settings may allow you to limit certain technologies, although doing so may affect Service functionality.

We may use information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, maintain, personalize, and improve the Service and its team-focused pages.
• Create and manage accounts; authenticate users; maintain account security; and process account deletion or other account requests.
• Suggest a likely home team based on an approximate IP-derived region at signup, while allowing you to choose a different team.
• Operate the Club Insider program, including assigning and maintaining member numbers or digital certificates, determining or displaying status, administering participation requirements, and supporting nominations, elections, officer roles, and club administration where applicable.
• Display and organize public community features, including comments, display names, declared club affiliation, rankings, votes, likes, favorites, Club Insider information designated for public display, and other User Content.
• Generate aggregate or site-wide features based on participation, such as trends, rankings, popularity indicators, or issue-priority displays.
• Operate AI and interactive features, including processing user questions, generating responses, moderating interactions, and, where disclosed at submission, displaying, excerpting, editing, rebroadcasting, or reusing questions and responses within eCENTRIC-SPORTS programming or the Service.
• Communicate with you about your account, the Service, support requests, policy changes, security matters, and other service-related information.
• Detect, investigate, prevent, and address fraud, spam, abuse, manipulation of polls or rankings, unauthorized access, security incidents, Terms of Service violations, and other harmful or unlawful activity.
• Comply with legal obligations, enforce our agreements and policies, protect rights and safety, and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

Some parts of the Service are designed to be public. Information you choose to submit or associate with public features may be visible to anyone, including people who do not have an eCENTRIC-SPORTS account.

Depending on the feature, public information may include your display name, declared club, comments, rankings or other contributions, selected profile information, and Club Insider information intended for public recognition, such as your name or display name, assigned number, club designation, status, elected office, or information shown on a shareable digital certificate.

Do not submit information to a public feature that you do not want others to see. Once information has been publicly displayed, copied, shared, indexed, recorded, or incorporated into programming, we may not be able to retrieve every copy even if your account or the original submission is later deleted.

If you submit a question, prompt, or other material to an AI or interactive feature, the information may be processed by automated systems and by service providers that help us operate those systems. Do not submit confidential information, highly sensitive personal information, or personal information about another person unless you have the right to do so.

As described in our Terms of Service and any notice presented with the feature, a question and its resulting response may be displayed publicly, excerpted, edited, rebroadcast, or reused in eCENTRIC-SPORTS programming or elsewhere in the Service. We may also retain interaction records for operation, moderation, security, quality, and legal purposes.

We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information in the following circumstances:

• Public features. We disclose information you submit or designate for public display as described above.
• Service providers. We may disclose information to vendors and contractors that help us host, secure, maintain, analyze, communicate through, or otherwise operate the Service, including providers of hosting, authentication, email delivery, analytics, content delivery, AI processing, security, and technical support. They may process information on our behalf subject to contractual or other appropriate protections.
• Legal and safety purposes. We may disclose information when we reasonably believe disclosure is required by law, legal process, court order, or governmental request, or is appropriate to protect the rights, safety, security, or property of eCENTRIC-SPORTS, our users, or others; investigate fraud or abuse; or enforce our agreements.
• Business transactions. If eCENTRIC-SPORTS or relevant assets are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, sale, or similar transaction, information may be disclosed or transferred as part of that transaction, subject to applicable law.
• At your direction or with your consent. We may disclose information when you direct us to do so or otherwise consent.

If our practices concerning the sale or legally defined sharing of personal information materially change, we will update this Privacy Policy and provide any notices or choices required by applicable law.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including while your account is active, as needed to provide the Service, and as necessary for security, fraud prevention, moderation, recordkeeping, legal compliance, dispute resolution, and enforcement of our agreements.

Retention periods may differ by type of information. For example, comments removed from public view may be retained internally for moderation or abuse-prevention records; Club Insider enrollment, numbering, election, or status records may be retained as needed to preserve program integrity and historical records; and security logs or backups may remain for a limited period after account deletion.

You may request deletion of your account and associated personal information through Account Settings when that feature is available, or by contacting us at the address below. We may need to verify your request before acting on it.

Account deletion does not necessarily require deletion of information we must or are permitted to retain for legal, security, fraud-prevention, moderation, backup, or recordkeeping purposes. It also may not remove copies of content that were previously made public, shared by others, incorporated into programming, or otherwise lawfully retained. Where appropriate, we may de-identify information rather than delete it.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. No website, transmission method, storage system, or security measure is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and should promptly contact us if you believe your account or information has been compromised.

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 in circumstances where collection is not permitted, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

Users under the age of majority where they live may also be subject to the eligibility requirements in our Terms of Service and any additional requirements applicable to particular Club Insider or third-party features.

Depending on where you live and subject to applicable law, you may have rights concerning your personal information, which may include the right to request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of certain information, or to object to or restrict certain processing.

You may also change certain account information, club preferences, public-profile choices, likes, favorites, or rankings through available Service controls. To exercise a privacy right that is not available through your account, contact us using the information below. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request, and applicable law may permit or require us to deny or limit certain requests.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right protected by applicable law.
